My Back Story
I began my career as a nursing assistant in high-risk Labor & Delivery. After completing nursing school, I worked in Orthopaedics at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, Washington. Next, I transitioned to Intensive Care Nursing at Virginia Mason Medical Center and continued in the ICU after moving to Montana.
As life got busy over the years, I noticed that I neglected my health. I became sedentary and gained weight. I looked at myself and realized I had lost vibrancy. I knew things needed to change.
One day, I saw an advertisement that focused on holistic health.
I became Board-Certified as a Nurse Coach and a Certified Personal & Executive Coach. I changed my lifestyle to regain my energy by focusing on nutrition, weight training in the gym, returning to nature, and reconnecting to my core values and priorities. I overcame anxiety, overreactivity, people-pleasing, and other unhealthy behaviors. I am more grounded and at peace with myself.
What I Believe.
I believe society focuses on external appearance without taking enough time to realize what is going on in the inside. We have the power to influence our own mindset, our emotional well-being and let go of comparing myself to others. We can release judgment of ourselves as not being good enough.
Learning how to self-coach has created a massive shift on how I operate.
I believe we can support each other in living a more wholesome and fulfilling lifestyle. We can each experience more freedom, autonomy, and creativity while still cultivating strong connections.
What I do

My Ideal Clients.
My ideal clients are women willing to change but need support and accountability.
I incorporate humor and honesty. Being transparent with ourselves is necessary for change to occur. It is ok to accept past failures as they don’t define our present or future.
Health is critical to our quality of life. Creating a healthy lifestyle blueprint provides a unique pathway to a bright future.
